Solar PV plants with a combined capacity of over 400 MWel
Design, construction and commissioning of a series of solar PV plants in Southern Bulgaria, including the zoning plan approval procedures and coordination with the relevant authorities.
Scope of service
The CSCom team acts as Owner's Engineer through every phase — from pre-design studies and site due diligence to construction supervision and commissioning. We are responsible for the compliance of the design documentation with regulatory requirements, and for coordination between the client, the EPC contractor and the grid operator.
- Due diligence of the sites and the grid connection

- Commissioning and occupancy permit
Results
To date, more than 400 MWel have been commissioned on schedule. The next stage adds battery energy storage systems and connection to the 110 kV transmission grid.
